New build
We welcome the opportunity of becoming involved in a new build project at design stage and enjoy working with our clients and their consultants to help inform key decisions. We can assist to discharge specific design related planning conditions and also review different options to value engineer.

From a garden wall to a new home, we can help to specify, cost and bring forward new build plans.
Within these images we laid charcoal black quarried flint at low level and graduated into silver field flint higher up the building.
At the top of the flint panel we created a galleted plaque contrasting the two flint colours.
Repair and
restoration
Much of our work involves the rebuilding or structurally shoring up walls which have either completely or partially collapsed. This can be the result of decline over years of neglect or due to damage after an unexpected event.
Ecclesiastical and specialist flintwork
From knapping bespoke corners to repairing church walls, we enjoy creating unique features for our clients with our memorable flintwork. ​This can be through the combination of materials and or forms of flintwork.

We use mortar analysis together with careful study of existing flintwork to ensure that any work to a designated heritage asset meets with conservation requirements.
​
We also provide lectures in relation to traditional methods of working with flint within churches and other listed buildings. In addition we give practical demonstrations of knapping techniques used to match existing flintwork within an existing structure.
Consultancy
We are Chartered Surveyors with 20 years of experience working within the industry. We are always enthusiastic to take a project from concept to completion helping your proposals to be completed on time and on budget.
At an early stage we can help you appoint a team with the appropriate expertise to formulate your architectural and town planning proposals. We can then work with you and your consultants to form detailed designs and value engineer by reviewing material and design choices as well as spacial and structural considerations.

We act as Contract Administrator or as an Employer's Agent in tendering and project managing works to completion of your development.
